All financial transactions on the phonejoy Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). phonejoy supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the transaction limits and processing times applicable to each payment method at the relevant time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any phonejoy content without prior written authorization from phonejoy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phonejoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the phonejoy Platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, loss of data, or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
phonejoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phonejoy account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The phonejoy Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. phonejoy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
phonejoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited pending investigation. Upon termination at your request or for non-breach reasons, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after KYC verification is completed.
